Good to know : if you buy a size S t-shirt designed specifically for the Chinese market, it is very likely that the t-shirt is narrower than a t-shirt made in France and made for the French.
Conversely for t-shirts from the US, they will certainly be wider than European t-shirts.
Take this into account when shopping.

At the store
Previously, before becoming interested in shopping on the internet, how to choose your t-shirt in store ?
When you're in the store about to buy a t-shirt, it's easy to see the size that fits you at a glance. However, here are some criteria to consider :
- A t-shirt not too long, that is to say that does not go down to the thighs but stops at the waist.
- A t-shirt that takes the shape of your chest slightly without making you feel cramped or needing to inflate your chest. You should be able to move freely.
- The shoulder seams are also an indicator. If they reach the top of your shoulders, it's because it fits you perfectly. Conversely, it will be too large. So this is a t-shirt that fits well on your shoulders, that is, sleeves not too long, (which do not go down to the elbows) and not too tight.
If we go further, we can also look at the collar. Indeed a round neck t-shirt (but not too choker) is a sure bet. It is a classical all rounder for all types of build. The V-neck (without being too deep) allows you to refine the silhouette.
However, you are free to define your own style if you prefer a longer t-shirt or dropped sleeves.
Take your measurements
If 80% of your wardrobe are size M , you will probably go for this choice. However, have you ever thought about taking your measurements to choose THE size of the t-shirt that really suit you ?
Taking your measurements before buying online is essential. You are not likely to make any mistake.
How to take your measurements ? Nothing's more easier !
Take a measuring tape and, for convenience, ask someone to take the measurements for you.
- Stand straight and stay still.
- Ask the person to pass the tape around your chest. The measuring tape must remain straight.
- Record the measurement and see to the table below.

If you don't have a measuring tape, there is another way :
The height and weight
You can also refer to your height. In general, a man of 1m75 will choose a size S while a man of 1m80 will choose a size M. You can also take your weight into account for more accuracy. Here are some examples :
- If your height is around 1m80 and your weight is around 65/70kg, you can opt for a size M.
- If you are 1m80, but you are more stout (more than 80kg), you can choose a size L.

Take care of your t-shirt after purchasing
It's important to highlight : after purchasing your t-shirt, even if you have selected the right size, take great care of it. In fact if you wash it at too high a temperature, if you add fabric softener, it can get distorted and it will no longer correspond to its original size.

If you choose one of our organic cotton t-shirts, nothing could be simpler to take care of : flip the t-shirt over before washing it, wash it at a temperature of 30°, do not use a dryer and iron it inside out.
